Broad-spectrum antibiotic, acts by binding to DNA gyrase (topoisomerase II) and topoisomerase IV
Has shown to penetrate the aqueous humor better than gatifloxacin

Ketorolac

Member of the pyrrolo-pyrrole group of NSAIDs, act by inhibiting the prostaglandins (PG) synthesis
Significantly reduces inflammation and achieves faster re-epitheliazation than Bromofenac
